Teresa Collins
Teresa Collins is a Pākehā artist from Aotearoa New Zealand and Ireland, based in Limerick. Their practice is concerned with place, material histories and transformation. Collins’ work explores found material to unearth personal narratives and relationships with urban environments and ecology. In 2018 they completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Toi Rauwhārangi Massey University in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington. Recent projects include; The Moon and The Pavement, Ashburton Art Gallery and The Physics Room, Hakatere, 2022, Daylight Pipes, Corban Estate Arts Centre, Henderson, Tāmaki Makaurau, 2022, and Bound in Secret Knots, Enjoy Contemporary Art Space, Te Whanganui-a-Tara/ Wellington, 2021.
